Abstract： Objective To observe the combined mifepristone MTX treatment of ectopic pregnancy clinical efficacy. Methods From January 2006 to August 2007 in our hospital 182 cases of conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy cases required, were randomly divided into two groups :91 patients treated with MTX mifepristone treatment, the control group with 91 cases MTX monotherapy. Results 82 patients were cured, the cure rate was 90. 10%; control group, 75 patients were cured and the cure rate was 75.82 percent. Conclusion MTX efficacy of mifepristone ideal. But also safe, convenient and worth promoting in the clinical work.
