Abstract： Objective To resarch chronic heavy type hepatitis patient serum sCR1 thickness change studies , discusses chronic heavy type hepatitis sCR1 thickness change with the effective detecting index owing a disease occurrence , development and the prognosis relation. Methods Chose 78 cases chronic severe hepatitis ,76 cases chronic hepatitis ,61 cases cirrhosis in our hospital and 28 healthy people who were evaluate serum sCR1 by ELISA. Results Arithmetic weighted mean of serum sCR1 were( 34. 3 ± 9. 1 )ng/ml in control group,chronic hepatitis group were(72. 5 ± 15.3 ) ng/ml, cirrhosis group were ( 9l. 8 ± 28. 1 ) ng/ml, chronic severe hepatitis group were ( 163.2 ± 56. 5 ) ng/ml. Conclusion Chronic heavy type hepatitis serum sCR1 development change is closely related hepar function loss degree.
