Abstract： Objective To observe the Clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine and Docetaxel in the treatment of senile terminal non-small cell lung cancer. Methods 42 subjects were treated by above therapy for. 35subjects were treated by Docetaxel and Cisplatin. The size of tumor、median survival time、adverse effect and living quality were observed. Results After treatment,the effective rate of treatment group was similar with the comtrol group. Median survival time and living quality were improved. Adverse effects were fewer. Conclusion This therapy is effective for senile terminal non-small cell lung cancer. ,with fewer adwerse effect and improve living quality.
