Abstract： Objective To explore the applied value of X-ray adiography and CT in the diagnosis of traumatic moist lung(TML). Methods X-ray and CT findings of TML in 40 patients were analyzed summarized retrospeetively.Results Among 40 patients with TML, X-ray radiography and CT revealed the lung marking enhance and/or hazy in 34 cases ( 85.00% ), the pulmonary patehy ahadowa in 29 cases ( 72.50% ), the facing Yam signs or the ground glass signs in 9 cases(22.50% ) ,pulmonary hematoma shadows in4 cases( 10.00% ),and other abnormal findings such costal bone fracture, pleural effusion, diaphragmatic muscle break etc. Conclusion X-ray radiography and CT now still are highly important measures for diagnosing TML. CT can show focis characters of the TML and is quite valuable in its diagnosis,treatment and observing curative effect.
