Abstract: Objective To investigate the clinical significance of plasma D-dimer in hepatopathes.Methods D-dimer levels were detected and compared in 104 patients with different kinds of liver diseases and 30 healthy people. Results Compared to the control group, there are significant differences of the levels of plasma D-dimer in all types of hepatopathes ( acute hepatitis P < 0.05, the others P < 0.001 ). Conclusion The levels of plasma D-dimer in different hepatopathes are elevated with different degree, it varies positive correlatedwith the severity of pathogenetic condition. It is indicated that D-dimer is of important value for the liver function evaluation, prognosis and treatment of hepatopathes.
