Abstract： Objective To explore the clinical characteristic and treatment methods for high-risk nonHodgkin lymphoma(NHL)in children.Methods The clinical manifestation,examnation,dignosis,progress and treatment regimen of 24 cases with high-risk NHL were analyzed.2 cases received auto-PBSCT(APBSCT)and 1 case received related PBSCT.2 cases with lymphoblastic NHL/lymphoma were treated with regimen for BFM2002 high-risk acute lymphoblastic leukemia,the others with B-NHL-BFM-90 regimen.Results 2 cases with minimally differentiated acute leukemia(AML-M0)and hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis(HLH)were misdiagnosed as lymphoma with HLH.3 cases were all transplanted successfully.Among the cases with precursor-T cell lymphoblastic NHL/lymphoma,only the one had regimen for BFM2002 high-risk acute lymphoblastic leukemia retained continuous complete remission(CR).In the remaining 14 cases,were CR,4 were part remission,3 were in progress.Conclusion Diagnosis should combine cell morphology,pathology immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence assay.Only part of high-risk NHL children react to B-NHL-BFM-90 regimen.The priority pf regimen BFM2002 high-risk acute lymphoblastic leukemia on precursor-T cell lymphoblastic NHL/lymphoma needs to be certified.The treatment of PBSCT is an effective way for high-risk NHL in children.Suitable time of transplantation and good conditioning regimen are very important.
