Abstract： Objective To discuss the spindle-shaped cell tumor clinical pathology and the immunohis tochemistry characteristic and the pathological diagnosis.Methods Corried immunohistochemistry on the review analysis to 34 example spindle-shaped cell tumor.Results The spindle-cell sarcoma 17 examples accounted for 50%,the spindle-shaped cell sarcocarcinoma 10 examples accounted for 26.47%,the spindle-shaped cell cancer 5 examples accounted for 14.70%,other diagnose 2 examples to accounted for 9.83%.Immunohistochemistry 31 examples express the Vim,21 example to express the CK,14 example to express EMA,the Actin,8 example express CD117,the S-100,7 example express CEA,SM,CD34.CK and Vim simultaneously express 18 examples,expresses 8 examples separately,Vim and CD117 simultaneously expresses 8 examples,only CK,EMA,CEA express 3 examples.Conclusion The different spot spindle-shaped cell tumor,the morphology has its his topathology characteristic,The Immunohistochemistry identical spindle-shaped cell tumor may have different or the same immune body expression,the different type spindle-shaped cell tumor may have the same immune body expression,the stove expression non-epithelial tissue originates the tumor many comes by the differentiation or the transdifferentiatian,the union immunity group examination may enhance the pathological diagnosis rate of accuracy.
