Abstract: Objective To study the biomechanics of different degree of dehydration allogeneic bone screw. Methods According to dehydration degree, 120 allogeneic bone screws were divided into A, B, C, D team, and tested their biomeehanical parameters. Results Group A、B、C and the control group were compared in biomechanical parameters, and group A and the control group were not differences, group B and the control group were differences, group C and the control group were significantly differences. Conclusion Freeze-dried 8 hours (5% water content)of allogeneic bone screws had good biomechanical strength.
