Abstract: Primary cutaneous ananplastic large-cell lymphoma(C-ALCL) has been well known, but the primary cutaneous neutrophil-rich ALCL, a morphological variant of C-ALCL, has unusual clinicopathologic features. Two cases of primary cutaneous neutrophil-rich ALCL without systemic involvement are reported.The patients showed erythema and nodules with purulent discharge. Histopathologically, the dermal infiltrate composed of not only numerous CD30-expressing pleomorphic cells but also a large quantity of neutrophils.
