Abstract： The Notch signaling pathway is a highly conserved classical developmental pathway,which plays a critical role in cell-fate decision by modulating proliferation, differentiation and apoptosis. There is increasing evidence that abnormal Notch pathway is correlated with occurrence and development of many tumors. Notch signaling plays dual roles in a wide range of B-cell malignancies. It serves as either an oncogene or a tumor suppressor. Notch signaling pathway may be a novel target for B-cell malignancies therapy.
