Abstract: 观察东亚钳蝎毒(BMK)对K562/ADM细胞多药耐药性(MDR)的逆转作用。方法:MTT法,Hoechst33342和PI荧光染色,荧光分光光度法和流式细胞分光光度术。结果:K562/ADM细胞对阿霉素(ADM)具有明显的杭性,与K562细胞相比,抗性倍数约为33倍,而两者对BMK的IC50接近,差异无显著性(P>0.05);低毒剂量BMK(10.0μg/mL,50.0μg/mL)与ADM(4.0μg/mL)联合应用,可显著增强ADM对该细胞的生长抑制和诱导凋亡作用,升高细胞內ADM的浓度,降低该细胞对ADM的IC50,使该细胞对ADM的抗性有数倍逆转。结论:BMK可能是一种有效的MDR逆转剂,且与诱导细胞凋亡密切相关。
