Abstract： Donation after citizen's death(DCD) is the fundamental way to source organs for organ transplantation, but the shortage of organs caused by insufficient donation is the most prominent problem at present.Including indicators related to human organ donation and transplantation in the evaluation criteria of grade hospitals is conducive to the implementation of national policies, realizing a substantial increase in the number of human organ donation and meeting the demand for medical treatment for transplantation, which promote the development of transplantation and transplant quality and improve the overall medical level.Organ Transplantation Branch of the Chinese Medical Association and Organ Transplantation Physicians Branch of the Chinese Medical Doctor Association are based on the National Health Commission "Evaluation Standards for Tertiary Hospitals (2022 Edition)" , "Medical Quality Control Indicators for Liver Transplantation Technology (2020 Edition)" , "Medical Quality Control Indicators for Kidney Transplantation Technology (2020 Edition)" , "Medical Quality Control for Heart Transplantation Technology (2020 Edition)" and "Medical Quality Control Indicators for Lung Transplantation Technology (2020 Edition)" , which under the guidance of the Department of Medical Administration of the National Health Commission, China has organized experts from all over the country to formulate expert consensus on the evaluation standards of human organ donation and transplantation technology for grade hospitals.For the reference of health commissions of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central government in formulating evaluation standards and evaluation process.
