Abstract：白细胞介素1β(IL-1β)是一种多效性细胞因子,是启动免疫反应的关键因子,同时它也是炎症性肿瘤微环境中的中心介质.近年来的许多研究表明IL-1β在很多系统的肿瘤疾病中包括神经胶质瘤的发生发展中发挥重要作用,深入了解IL-1β在神经胶质瘤中的作用及其机制,可以为以IL-1β为靶点的抗胶质瘤治疗策略提供新的依据.本文对IL-1β在神经胶质瘤恶性进展中的作用进行综述.
