Abstract：系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)是一种常见于育龄期女性的累及多器官的自身免疫性疾病.长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)是长度大于200个核苷酸的非编码RNA.研究证明,lncRNA与SLE发病关系密切,可能为SLE提供新的诊断生物标志物及治疗靶点.本文将lncRNA在SLE发病中的研究进展作一综述.
