A case of Mycobacterium mageritenses infection misdiagnosed as lymphoma and tuberculosis

Abstract： 玛格丽特非结核分枝杆菌是一种罕见的非结核分枝杆菌，为机会性致病菌，在HIV阳性患者中易感。临床常以发热就诊，由于症状与影像学缺乏特异性，很难与其他感染及肿瘤鉴别，极易造成误诊及漏诊。本文报道1例以发热为首发症状，肝脾肿大为主要表现，PET/CT符合淋巴瘤影像表现，被误诊为淋巴瘤。随后在PET/CT引导下活检，病理提示感染性病变，结合结核感染T细胞斑点试验阳性，又被误诊为结核，并进行抗结核治疗，效果不佳。最终通过穿刺活检组织进行宏基因组二代测序确诊为玛格丽特非结核分枝杆菌感染病例，供临床参考。
