Abstract: 病原微生物引起的感染性疾病一直是发热的主要病因,早期确定病原菌,防止抗生素的滥用是有效治疗感染性疾病、改善患者预后的关键.实验室检查在发热病因及感染病原体鉴别上有重要意义,其中微生物培养是诊断细菌的金标准,但存在耗时长、敏感性低的缺点. Th1/Th2是辅助性T淋巴细胞亚群,可分泌多种细胞因子.正常情况下,机体Th1/Th2细胞因子处于平衡状态. Th1/Th2 细胞因子的平衡与许多疾病的发生、发展、治疗和转归密切相关,也逐渐被认为是评估感染性疾病的潜在指标[1-2].流式微珠阵列法( Cytometric bead array, CBA)是一种液相多参数蛋白定量技术[3],新近开始应用于多参数可溶性细胞因子检测[4].
