Abstract： 手足口病(Hand,foot and mouth disease,HFMD)是由肠道病毒( Enterovirus,EV)感染引起的一种儿童常见传染病,5岁以下儿童多发.手足口病是全球性疾病,我国各地全年均有发生,发病率为37.01/10万~205.06/10 万,近年报告病死率为6.46/10万~51.00/10万.为进一步规范和加强手足口病的临床管理,降低重症手足口病病死率,有效推进手足口病诊疗工作,根据手足口病诊疗新进展制定本指南. 《手足口病诊疗指南( 2010 版)》和《肠道病毒71型( EV71)感染重症病例临床救治专家共识》同时废止.
