Abstract: 人工肝( Artificial liver support system , ALSS )是借助一个体外的机械、理化或生物反应装置,清除各种毒性物质及炎症因子,补充必需物质,改善患者水、电解质及酸碱平衡等内环境[1]. 体外膜肺氧合( Extracorporeal membrane oxygenation , ECMO )又称体外生命支持系统,是指将患者的静脉血引流至体外,经人工肺(氧合器)氧合后再输回患者动脉或静脉的中短期心肺辅助治疗,使心肺得到充分休息,为心肺功能的恢复赢得时间[ 2 ]. 人感染H7 N9禽流感是一种新型甲型流感病毒引起的主要通过接触或呼吸道从禽类向人类传播的急性传染病[3] ,其病情进展迅速,从起病到死亡的中位时间为14 d,病死率达27%[ 4 ]. 大部分患者都出现严重并发症,其中中重度的急性呼吸窘迫综合征( Acute respiratory distress syndrome,ARDS)是最普遍的并发症.
