Abstract: 近年来,结核病的发病率呈明显上升趋势.2010年全国第五次结核病抽样调查资料显示,我国15岁及以上人口涂阳和菌阳肺结核的患病率分别为66/10万和119/10万[1].世界卫生组织(WHO)强调遏制结核病的最主要方法是早诊断、早治疗.细菌学检测是诊断结核病的金标准,传统的涂片法与漂浮集菌法阳性检出率低[2].目前,多数医院使用的仍然是L-J比例法,其局限性为实验步骤较为繁琐,结果易受多种因素影响,重复性较差,在得到纯培养物后仍需4周时间才可报告结果[3].
