Abstract： 手足口病是由肠道病毒引起的常见传染病,以婴幼儿发病为主.引起手足口病的肠道病毒包括肠道病毒71型( EV71)、柯萨奇病毒(Cox A)和埃可病毒(Echo)的某些血清型,其中EV71感染引起重症病例居多,占71％[1].肠道病毒传染性强,易引起暴发或流行[2].为了解温州市手足口病的流行趋势,本文结合温州市疾病预防控制中心的流行病学资料,对2008年4月-2010年12月温州地区共24 414例患儿进行了调查分析.
