Abstract： @@ 慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)的发病机制至今尚不完全清楚,免疫相关细胞因子在乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)感染及其慢性化过程中的作用越来越被人们所重视,尤其是Th1和Th2型细胞因子的变化,可直接导致Th1/Th2免疫平衡发生偏离,进而导致HBV感染慢性化[1].阿德福韦酯是新一代抗HBV药物,在抑制HBV复制的同时,可明显改善CHB患者的肝脏组织学表现及血清丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)和HBeAg等指标[2].
