Abstract： @@ 随着高效抗反转录病毒治疗(highly active antiretroviral therapy,HAART)在艾滋病患者中的广泛应用,艾滋病的发病率和病死率都有了明显下降.但同时,由HAART引起的肝脏损害也日渐增多,是造成HAART中断的重要原因之一.
