Abstract： @@ 人体感染HBV后,病毒、人体的免疫应答和肝细胞三者相互作用,共同影响着乙型肝炎的病程进展和转归.其中,宿主免疫状态是决定乙型肝炎临床转归和治疗疗效的最主要因素之一[1].
