Abstract：史蒂文斯-约翰逊综合征（Stevens-Johnson syndrome，SJS）是一种罕见的累及皮肤黏膜的严重药物不良反应，有可能导致牙根发育异常，其对牙根发育的影响常在SJS发生多年后发现。本文报道1例有SJS病史的患儿发生恒牙牙根发育不全，以供临床探讨。
