Abstract： 颈淋巴结清扫术是治疗头颈部恶性肿瘤的常用手术.对于口腔颌面外科医生来说,熟识头颈部解剖结构是掌握颈淋巴结清扫术的前提,然而不同个体之间头颈部的解剖结构往往存在一定差异.本文报道l例颈淋巴结清扫过程中所见的颈内动脉走形变异.
