Abstract： 进行性半侧颜面萎缩(progressive hemifacial atrophy,PHA)是一种少见的机能紊乱综合征,表现为慢性进行性颌面部组织萎缩,以一侧皮肤、皮下组织、肌肉及骨组织萎缩为特征.该病于1825年由Parry首先报道,1846年Romberg对此病进行了详细描述,故又称为Parry-Romberg综合征.1871年Eulemburg根据病程发展的规律提出了PHA这一名称,并强调该病是后天获得性疾病.目前,PHA病因不清,治疗方案尚无共识,现结合笔者临床经验探讨其治疗方案.
