Abstract： 2017版《英国骨质疏松症预防和治疗临床指南》(后称2017版《指南》)在Arch Osteoporos杂志上发表[1].由于2017版《指南》的内容较多,我们共分3期进行解读.2017年第4期,我们从指南更新的背景,适用对象和使用人员、骨质疏松性骨折风险评估和生活方式干预管理等方面进行了解读[2];2018年1期,我们从抗骨质疏松药物干预管理方面进行了解读[3].本期将从糖皮质激素性骨质疏松(glucocorticoid-induced osteoporosis,GIOP)和男性骨质疏松诊治干预管理,以及骨质疏松性骨折后干预与联络服务等方面进行解读.
