高枕真的无忧吗?

Abstract: 俗话常说高枕无忧.许多人认为睡觉时垫高枕头可以减少大脑血管充盈度,头部的温度会低于躯体的温度,因而容易入睡,而且会感到比较舒适.其实从健康的生理角度来看高枕未必真的无忧.首先,如果长期垫高枕头睡觉会使颈部被固定在前屈位,颈椎可能会出现形态学改变,颈部肌肉也会因为长时间被动牵拉而致慢性劳损,出现颈部、甚至肩部肌肉酸痛.长此下去还会增加颈椎前部的磨损,使颈椎椎间盘劳损和退化,还会因颈部活动受限,颈椎椎间隙变小而引发颈椎病,从而出现头晕、头痛和手足发麻症状.此外长期高枕卧位还会使大脑血流量减少,供氧不足,从而影响到大脑的正常生理功能.
