Abstract：慢性阻塞性肺疾病是全球慢性病发病及致死的主要原因，其发病受到遗传因素和危险因素暴露的影响，二者由表观遗传机制介导。DNA甲基化是目前研究最为深入的一种表观遗传学修饰，甲基化水平变化调控基因表达，从而参与慢性阻塞性肺疾病的发生发展。本文对近年来由吸烟、职业粉尘以及室内室外空气污染源暴露等危险因素引起DNA甲基化变化而导致慢性阻塞性肺疾病发生的研究进行综述。
