Abstract：进行性纤维化性间质性肺疾病（PF-ILD）是间质性肺疾病（ILD）的一种表型，其病因多样。表现为肺功能进行性下降、呼吸困难症状进行性恶化及HRCT影像学纤维化进展，呈现出类似于IPF的表现及预后。本文简要概述PF-ILD 的概念及其临床意义。
