Abstract：有创机械通气和体外膜氧合技术在此次新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情中发挥了重要作用，挽救了很多危重症患者的生命。在疫情暴发早期，由于医疗资源的缺乏和对该疾病的不认识，有创机械通气和体外膜氧合疗效欠佳，但随着对该疾病本质的不断揭示和临床救治经验的积累，有创机械通气和体外膜氧合的疗效亦逐渐清晰。本文结合笔者参与武汉救援经验谈有创机械通气和体外膜氧合的临床应用的介入时机。
