Abstract：外泌体是细胞多囊泡体与细胞膜融合后释放到细胞外基质的一类直径40~100 nm的膜性囊泡，携带丰富的蛋白、脂质及核酸等内容物。外泌体可由多种细胞分泌，参与免疫调节、细胞间通讯等生理过程，是细胞间信息交流的一种重要工具。研究发现外泌体可以参与机体生理和病理机制、诊断或判断疾病预后。
