Abstract：间质性肺疾病(interstitial lung disease,ILD)是系统性硬化症(systemic sclerosis,SSc)患者的常见肺部表现,也是近年来造成SSc患者死亡的首要原因.迄今为止,虽然国内外尚无诊疗指南,但近几年来对于SSc相关性ILD(systemic sclerosis associated interstitial lung disease,SSc-ILD)的治疗策略及相关药物方面已有较大进展,为提高对SSc-ILD的认识,现将近3年来的相关文献综述如下.
