Abstract: 慢性阻塞性肺疾病(慢阻肺)患者频繁急性加重发作可导致肺功能下降[1],引起生活质量的下降和生存寿命的缩短.急性加重常见原因为气管支气管树的感染和空气污染,但约有1/3的严重急性加重找不到确切的原因[2].本研究采用1H核磁共振(1H NMR)技术,筛选慢阻肺急性加重期血清的特征性代谢物,从代谢水平探索慢阻肺急性加重的形成机制.
