Abstract: 肺泡蛋白沉积症(pulmonary alveolar proteinosis,PAP)是以肺泡腔内过量的脂蛋白沉积引起气体交换障碍,造成进行性呼吸功能不全的肺部少见病.PAP可分为先天性、原发性(特发性)和继发性3种类型,其中90%以上为原发性.有关PAP发病机制研究显示患者肺泡腔内脂蛋白沉积主要是由于各种原因导致肺泡巨噬细胞及肺泡Ⅱ型上皮细胞分解代谢肺泡表面活性物质功能障碍所致,粒巨集落刺激因子(GM-CSF)是维持肺泡腔表面活性物质代谢的关键因子.
