Abstract： 阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(obstructive sleep apnea syndrome,OSAS)的主要特征为睡眠中上气道反复塌陷、主要表现为夜间反复发生呼吸暂停及低通气,夜间间断缺氧,引发晨起头痛、口干、日间困倦疲乏、记忆力减退等一系列临床症状,常常合并高血压、糖尿病、心脑血管疾病及肾脏病等.
