对慢性阻塞性肺疾病诊断、处理和预防全球策略(2011年修订版)中病情评估的一点看法

Abstract： 为了完善慢性阻塞性肺疾病(简称慢阻肺)的病情评估,2011年修订的"慢性阻塞性肺疾病诊断、处理和预防全球策略"(global strategy for the diagnosis,management,and prevention of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,简称慢阻肺全球策略)中除肺功能外,将症状、急性加重风险及合并症联合纳入慢阻肺患者的病情评估[1].笔者认为,其中将急性加重次数引入病情评估不太妥当,也不适合我国国情,现将我们的观点阐述如下.
