Abstract： @@ 白血病抑制因子(LIF)是一种具有广泛生物学功能的分泌型糖蛋白.近几年研究发现,LIF很可能是神经生长因子(NGF)之外的又一个参与支气管哮喘(简称哮喘)气道神经源性炎症调控的重要细胞因子,为此我们检测了LIF在哮喘大鼠模型肺组织中的表达及地塞米松对其表达的影响.
