Abstract： 民航招飞复检检出强直性脊柱炎1例。患者人类白细胞抗原B27阳性，骶椎磁共振成像提示双侧骶髂关节强直性脊柱炎，予以不合格结论。下腰痛是飞行人员强直性脊柱炎的常见症状，但在招飞体检和飞行人员常规体检中对于下腰痛与强直性脊柱炎的诊断应仔细鉴别。招飞体检过程中应重视腰、腿关节疼痛病史的采集，提高对强直性脊柱炎的鉴别能力。
