Abstract: Servicemen are a high-risk group of job burnout,which can undermine the improvement of military performance and combat effectiveness. The research and development of assessment instruments are of great significance to promote the research of job burnout in the Chinese servicemen. The author used “job burnout”,“work burnout”,“servicemen”,and “officers and soldiers” as keywords to conduct literature search and obtained 59 qualified literatures. Through literature review,it was found that the commonly used assessment instruments of job burnout in the Chinese servicemen were Maslach burnout inventory,Maslach burnout inventory general survey,military job burnout scale,and job burnout questionnaire for army officers in small units. This paper studied the content,features,reliability,validity and existing problems of the commonly used assessment instruments of job burnout in the Chinese servicemen,and proposed some key points that researchers can focus on in the future.
