Abstract: Objective:To construct the evaluation index system of disaster medical rescue capability of medical staff of large surface ships of PLA,so as to provide a basis for reasonable training and evaluation of medical staff of warships.Methods:The index system was established based on CO-S-TR theoretical model,field investigation and research,and Delphi method,and the index weights at each level were determined by analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and importance assignment mean method.Results:The evaluation index system of disaster medical rescue capability of medical staff of large surface ships has been formed,which consisted of four sub-systems:command personnel of medical centers,on-site casualty concentration spots,temporary rescue stations,and medical staff of main rescue stations. Each sub-system has first level,second level,and third level indexes,respectively.Conclusion:The index system can be used as an effective evaluation tool for disaster medical rescue capability and training outcome of medical staff of large surface ships,thus providing a basis for improving the combat-oriented training outcome of PLA.
