Abstract： Objective:To construct the evaluation index system of disaster medical rescue capability of medical staff of large surface ships of PLA，so as to provide a basis for reasonable training and evaluation of medical staff of warships.Methods:The index system was established based on CO-S-TR theoretical model，field investigation and research，and Delphi method，and the index weights at each level were determined by analytic hierarchy process（AHP）and importance assignment mean method.Results:The evaluation index system of disaster medical rescue capability of medical staff of large surface ships has been formed，which consisted of four sub-systems：command personnel of medical centers，on-site casualty concentration spots，temporary rescue stations，and medical staff of main rescue stations. Each sub-system has first level，second level，and third level indexes，respectively.Conclusion:The index system can be used as an effective evaluation tool for disaster medical rescue capability and training outcome of medical staff of large surface ships，thus providing a basis for improving the combat-oriented training outcome of PLA.
