Abstract： Objective:To discuss the application of single disease quality management mode in the quality control of hyperbaric oxygen（HBO）medicine.Methods:Shanghai Medical Hyperbaric Oxygen Quality Control Center proposed to apply single disease quality management mode in the quality control of HBO medicine，so as to rationalize the use of medical resources and standardize the HBO treatment for all related diseases. Through a survey on the current situation of HBO treatment in Shanghai，it screened out major diseases. Then we made the quality control record form for HBO treating single disease，and developed a quality control standard for HBO treating single disease in the multidiscipline-collaborated treatment.Results:Four major diseases of HBO treatment were screened out. A quality control reporting network for HBO treating single disease was developed，and a set of quality control standards for HBO treating single disease was established.Conclusion:It may be an important method to guarantee the clinical quality control of HBO by standardizing the HBO treatment mode for each single disease.
