Abstract： The search and rescue system for the person in distress in deep sea operations has the characteristics of high efficiency of joint command, flexible and diverse methods, systematic equipment, and highly targeted training. This article focused on the operation platform of deep sea operations, analyzed the characteristics of accidents in deep sea operations and the requirements of the joint rescue from the aspects of recue force, command, equipment, technology, etc., and put forward a preliminary action plan for constructing the search and rescue system for person in distress in deep sea operations, so as to contribute to the construction of search and rescue system for people in distress in deep sea operations.
