Abstract: Objective To study effects of swimming training on the levels of serum NO,NOS and gastrin in water immersion restraint stress(WRS)rats.Methods Wistar Rats were regared as experiment objects,which were used to prepare WRS models.48 healthy male Wistar rats were randomly divided into 3 groups:group A(given suit swimming exercise and water immersion restraint stress,n=16),B(siren suit swimming exercise only,n=16)and C(given water immersion restraint stress only,n=16).The serum levels of NO.NOS and gastrin in WRs rats were detected.Results After WRS experiment,all rats were survival.The serum levels of NO,NOS and gastrin in group A were significantly higher than those in group B and C(P<0.05).The serum levels of NO,NOS and gastrin in group B were significantly higher than those in group C(P<0.05).Conclusions Suitable swimming exercise Can elevate stress of gastroenterological hormone secretion and strengthen resistance of stomach mucosal damage in rats.
