Abstract： 目的调查新征潜水员的个性特征.方法采用卡特尔16种个性因素问卷(16PF)对215名新征潜水员进行团体测验.结果新征潜水员的F(兴奋性)、G(有恒性)和H(敢为性)因素偏高,L(怀疑性)和Q2(独立性)因素偏低;次级因素分析显示其内向-外向偏高,心理健康因素和专业成就因素也高于常模水平.结论除独立性之外,新征潜水员具有良好的个性特征.
