Abstract：规范的影像学评估贯穿乳腺癌新辅助治疗实施的全过程，包括治疗前基线影像明确病变范围、治疗中疗效评估及治疗后残存病灶评估等。目前新辅助治疗最常用的影像评估方法包括超声、乳腺X线摄影及乳腺MRI。本文主要对乳腺X线摄影及其延伸技术在乳腺癌新辅助治疗疗效评估中的应用进行介绍。
