Inflammatory myofibroblastoma of the petrous part of temporal bone: a case report

Abstract： 本文报道1例左侧颞骨岩部占位性病变.影像主要表现为CT平扫示左侧颞骨岩部不规则软组织肿块,周围骨质膨胀性破坏,增强后轻中度不均匀强化;MRI示左侧颞骨岩部不规则团片状异常信号,T2WI呈高信号、T1WI呈低或稍低信号,增强后明显不均匀强化,边缘强化为主,邻近脑膜不受累;DWI肿瘤扩散不受限.病理诊断炎性肌纤维母细胞瘤(IMT).IMT发生于颞骨岩部罕见,并且影像表现为囊性者少见,诊断困难,确诊有赖于病理.
