Abstract：酰胺质子转移(APT)成像是一种新型无创性MRI成像技术,通过检测酰胺质子与水中氢质子的交换速率间接反映内源性可移动蛋白和多肽信息,从分子水平检测细胞内蛋白质浓度的变化,并根据此原理可应用于神经胶质瘤的分级、术前诊断、术后评估和基因型的检测.
