Abstract： Although primary cardiac tumors are rare,cardiac metastasis of malignant tumors is not as infrequent as we might suspect.The pericardium is the most frequently involved site and myocardial involvement is less common.In this report,we present the case of a patient with a metastatic tumor on the left ventricular wall secondary to the lung cancer with sustained ventricular tachycardia (VT).
