Abstract: To the Editor: Clonorchiasis is a biliary tract disease caused by Clonorchis sinensis, which is widely distributed in East Asia, including China. Diffuse parenchymal lung diseases (DPLDs) comprise a large and heterogeneous group of disorders characterized by diffuse infiltrates, restrictive functional defect, and disordered gas exchange. C. sinensis infection is seldom associated with pulmonary manifestation. Here, we report a case of clonorchiasis complicated with DPLD in a child.
